I created this puzzle to help a coworker start his daily tasks more effectively. He had to cut large pieces of foam, 50 by 100 inches, down to manageable sizes, around 20 inches. The foam came in a variety of sizes and the production team needed new sizes everyday. I made puzzle pieces for all the possible sizes that needed to be cut as well as too-scale boards that would hold the pieces. Each day a new template could be made depending on the needs of the business.
